A healthy smoothie that is also delicious. What makes this smoothie extra tasty is the use of ginger. It gives the smoothie a nice spiceness. While you can use any frozen fruit, I epecially love the sweetness of mango.

½banana OR 1 tablespoon coconut manna
1OR 2 tsp grated ginger
In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth. If it’s not blending smoothly, you can add a bit more milk or water.
