Ginger Green Smoothie

A healthy smoothie that is also delicious. What makes this smoothie extra tasty is the use of ginger. It gives the smoothie a nice spiceness. While you can use any frozen fruit, I epecially love the sweetness of mango.

  • 2 cups packed spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup milk cow’s, almond, oat, soy
  • cup water
  • ½ banana OR 1 tablespoon coconut manna
  • 1 OR 2 tsp grated ginger


  1. In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth. If it’s not blending smoothly, you can add a bit more milk or water.
