Italian Dressing

A sweet, slighty acidic dressing that pairs perfectly with rich, heavier entrees such as pasta or steak and potatoes.

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp parsly chopped
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients. Put the dressing in the refrigerator and let sit.

    Take a head of iceburg lettuce and chop. Pour as much dressing as you prefer on the lettuce.
