Growing up most Sundays I would have dinner at my Nana's house....
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons parsley minced
- 1/2 medium yellow onion diced (This seems like a lot of onion, but it is what makes this dressing so tasty)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine salad ingredients, cover and let rest for at least 1 hour.In a bowl combine salad mixings and top with dressing. I always just use ice burg lettuce. It makes for a simple and palette pleasing salad.Enjoy!
